1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Mix egg, butter and water in bowl of mixer fitted with paddle. Add Arrowhead Mills GF Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and blend until ball forms. Mix may look dry initially, but will come together. 3. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls unto lightly oiled cookies sheet. Or roll into small balls and then press down with a fork or by hand until slightly flattened. 4. Bake at 350° F for 9-11 minutes or until browning at the edges. Remove from oven and cool.
