Vegetable Spirals

Golden amber durum wheat, family farm organically grown on the high plains of Montana and North Dakota. Shaped using an Italian Brass die, each color is made separately in its own small batch, patiently dried, and mixed all together just before packaging. Organic vegetables give these spirals their festive colors. A pantry staple, this shape is ideal for holding generous amounts of chunky sauce. Peter's favorite.

Directions:
To Prepare:
Cook in boiling water for 7 to 10 minutes.

Sweet and Sour Vegetable Spiral Pasta Salad

1 package EDEN Organic Vegetable Spirals
1 can EDEN Organic Kidney Beans, drained
1 can EDEN Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained
1 can EDEN Organic Black Beans, drained
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped

Dressing:
1/3 cup EDEN Organic Brown Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup EDEN Selected Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup EDEN Organic Barley Malt Syrup or maple syrup
2 Tablespoons EDEN Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste

Cook pasta as package directs, rinse, drain and combine with all salad vegetables. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad, toss and serve.
