Combine 1/3 cup Hain Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon Hain Turbinado, Sugar, 2 Tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon HAIN SAFFLOWER OIL, ¼ teaspoon Hain Sea Salt and ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper in a bowl. Whisk until blended. Add 2 cups peeled and sliced cucumbers, 2 cups diced tomatoes and ½ cupl thinly sliced red onions. Toss until coated with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Make about 6 servings.
