Late July Cracker Round Saltines

As a father and daughter with a shared love of food and family we are proud to have built a company that combines both. Our family's 25 years of experience in the food business led us to use simple, high quality, organic ingredients for Late July's products and taught us you don't need things like corn syrup and hydrogenated oils to make delicious snacks. Most importantly, it allowed us to create snacks that we truly believe in and feel good about sharing with even our youngest family member, three-year-old Stephen, our biggest fan and the boy on the front playing with his dog, a Briard named Teddy.

Our family has always loved buttery rich crackers, so we were thrilled to create the first organic version. Its slightly sweet, toasted taste is the perfect complement for a lobster dip or creamy cheese. We also recommend crushing and rolling them to use as a topping for homemade macaroni and cheese or whenever a recipe calls for breadcrumbs.
