Fiber comes from three sources - fruits, vegetables and grains. Directions for Use: You will find Fabulous Fiber very pleasant to take and easy to prepare. Dissolve two level Tablespoons with about eight ounces of milk or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc.) in a blender or, if you prefer, mix with yogurt. Consume within a few minutes of mixing as it will tend to thicken if allowed to stand too long. Follow with a minimum of one half glass of water. For best results, regular use is important.
