Each participant in this interesting and useful “fermenting foods demonstration” will leave with the knowledge on how to make these power foods, and a jar full of fermented vegetables, along with recipes to make future batches. Cheryl will discuss the health benefits of eating these foods on a regular basis and her own health journey! Cost is $25 and includes all the supplies required for the demonstration; jars, vegetables, and seasonings.


Space is limited and advance paid registration is required.

Cheryl GeratyCheryl Geraty has worked at Better Health for over 4 years.  She has received alot of training in health & wellness and specializes in teaching classes on Cultured Foods.  She was diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago which started her research in nutrition. She teaches the history and health benefits of these powerful foods and loves to share with others to help their journey to better health.
