The goal of the seminar is to understand food as information and how you can eat FAT and still get THIN! Learn tips for dealing with the extra emotional stress of the holidays.

 

Mark WilliamsMark Williams is a psychologist and nutritionist, has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Michigan State University.  Mark has been studying nutrition both formally and informally since 2001, when he first used fatty acids to make a healing breakthrough and treated a lifetime condition of chronic depression.  He is in private practice in East Lansing, MI, and can be reached at 517-242-4381 or mark@whole-person-therapy.com.
