Realizing Your Health Goals

Phase 3 spans days 29-40 of your experience, and is the maintenance phase of The Maker's Diet. Phase 3 adds even more food options, culminating in a healthy, balanced diet that can and will sustain you and your overall health for a lifetime.

Even though The Maker's Diet is positioned as a 40-day journey to optimal health, we encourage you to maintain the healthy habits you have adopted. Doing so will help ensure that you sustain your achieved goals and continue to live in your ideal state of health.

Prayer Reminder - Try to begin and end each day with prayers of thanksgiving, healing and petition.

Purpose Reminder - Try to set aside time each day to reaffirm and focus on achieving each of your health goals.

Foods to Enjoy or Avoid
As the maintenance portion of the program, Phase 3 of The Maker's Diet allows and encourages healthful, balanced eating from each of the food groups. In Phase 3, you'll reacquaint yourself with healthy grains and foods higher in sugars and starches, such as sweet potatoes.

Chapter 12 of The Maker's Diet provides a complete list of foods to enjoy or avoid within each phase of the program. This quick reference is helpful for menu planning and grocery shopping, and will also prove valuable as you move through the three phases of the diet.
