Express Shipping
Important FedEx 2nd Day Air Shipping Considerations:
• The packaged weight must be 5lbs. or less to qualify for FedEx 2nd Day Air at our published rate of $11.99. You will be contacted by phone or email for further instructions if during the processing of your order your package exceeds this weight limit.
• FedEx 2nd Day Air is only available in the Continental U.S.
• FedEx 2nd Day Air may require a signature upon delivery
• FedEx 2nd Day Air is not available for Post Office Boxes
• FedEx 2nd Day Air does not include weekend delivery (Saturday & Sunday)
• Only choose FedEx 2nd Day Air if your delivery address is outside the two day delivery zone.
• The FedEx 2nd Day Air option does not expedite the processing of your order; it only reduces the amount of travel time once your package leaves our warehouse facility.
• We guarantee your chocolate and heat sensitive items to arrive intact only if you choose FedEx 2nd Day Air or live in the two day shipping zone.

P.O. Boxes
• We ship packages through the Post Office once per week (Fridays), however your order may actually be processed prior to that day. Correspondence stating your order has been completed will actually reflect the processing date, not the shipping date.
• Packages send through the U.S.P.S. have no guaranteed arrival date and cannot be tracked.
• We prefer to ship via FedEx so if your billing address contains both a street address and a P.O. Box number, do not include the box number as part of your shipping address.

We will be glad to ship your order any where in the world. However,
minimum purchase requirements apply and shipping charges vary. Check with
local customs for other import and tax fees. Additionally, we will only except
Wire Transfers or Electronic Funds Transfer as payment. To place your international

Back Orders (4 to 10 days)
Please note during your shopping if an item is in-stock and ready for
immediate shipment, or is noted as a 4 to 10 days. If you
combine
both in-stock and 4
to 10 day items,
we may hold the order until the missing items are available or ship
your order incomplete to expedite your package delivery. If we ship your
order incomplete we will send the
backordered items as they arrive without a second shipping charge.
If you would like to receive your in stock items as soon as possible consider
placing the backordered items on a separate order.
Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from Better Health for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise exchange of equal dollar value for opened items. The Better Health store reserves the right, at its sole discretion to reject any return. You may mail the product and original receipt to:

Shipping Considerations:
Did you order chocolate,
perishables or heat sensitive items?
We use cold packs* at
no additional cost to you. The cold packs last for several days but not in
the heat of a truck over the weekend, therefore, chocolate, perishables and
heat sensitive items will only be shipped on Monday to four and five day
zones (see chart below). On this account, weeks prior to and including observed
holidays could significantly delay delivery of your order. We guarantee
your chocolate and heat sensitive items intact, only if you elect Express
Shipping or live in the two day shipping zone below and sign for the package.

packs will cause some condensation, dampening the box and other cardboard packaging.
Did you order any back-ordered items?
Items that
are "4 to 10 days" are not currently in stock. Four
to ten days is the approximate time it will take for the product to arrive
at our warehouse before it is shipped to you, our valued customer.
* This map applies to packages shipped by FedEx only. Packages sent by
U.S.P.S. are not guaranteed as to the arrival date and could take considerably
longer. Packages sent U.S.P.S. can not be tracked and will not be guaranteed.
