Dr. Ryan Wohlfert grew up in a small town outside of Lansing, Michigan. At a young age he was attracted to health and fitness which led him to the University of Michigan and graduate Summa Cum Laude in Kinesiology-Movement Science. He went on to earn another Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude status, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National College of Chiropractic shortly thereafter. He continued his education by getting Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).
Over the last two decades, Dr. Wohlfert has owned multiple chiropractic, health, and nutrition clinics, and currently Total Health Spine & Nutrition, helping 1,000’s of patients achieve their health goals. He believes that you can live a life of health, wellness, high energy, and vitality, and avoid pain, disease and suffering without drugs, medications, and surgery. He also founded UpgradedParents.com to help parents energize their brain and body to become their family’s hero.
